Consultations and Appointments

All new clients require a face to face consultation with no exceptions. The consultation is free and will be booked at a time and place to suit you.  After this consultation, should you wish to go ahead with our service we will agree a time and date and a 50% deposit is required.  This slot will be held for 24 hours in which time if payment is not received the slot will be reopened without notice. Please note the fee is non refundable under and circumstances.

Cancellations, Non-Refundable Booking Fees and No-Shows

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% will be taken for all appointments. This will go towards the final balance of your service(s).

Please always inform us as soon as possible should you need to re-schedule your appointment and we will do our very best to find you an alternative date and time. In this case your booking fee will remain safe and will not incur any further costs. Sometimes our lives are not always straightforward and we understand things happen beyond our control.

If you do not arrive for your appointment or cancel your appointment, your deposit will be retained by the salon. The hair extension booking fees will not be refunded in the case of cancellation. If the stylist has ordered hair and you cancel you are liable for the full amount of the hair ordered should it incur costs of more than the agreed 50% booking fee.

We are totally within our rights to ask for payment in full before a booking is made. Should this be the case, this amount will be treated the same as a booking fee and will be retained in full upon cancellation or no-show.

Lateness

Please let us know if you are going to be late for your appointment, we can usually allow for a few minutes, however we may have clients after your appointment, so if you are more than 20 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment and the above cancellation terms will apply.

After Service

After your service you have 24 hours to notify us if you are not satisfied with your extensions and we will do our very best to book another appointment in order to rectify this. We are unable to refund due to time spend and services rendered so please do consider this when booking.
